Kids nowadays will never know what it's like to fight a three way shitfuck on Crown or hold a meatgrinder on Biolab. Kids will never have to fear the asshole ESF running potshots on your Sundy. Kids will never know the glory of a Max push on a last second point cap. We remember.

Planetside 2 is still my favorite multiplayer game ever made.

One time I was on Amerish, fought a 5 hour battle over a single base, during which the tr and nc formed a truce to fight the vs out. I left for 2 hours, came back, and the fight was still going, as was the truce. It took an extra hour to finally drive out the vs

The actual battles felt way cooler than this trailer, too. I will never forget my first actually large fight and halfway through just watching the organized chaos unfold around me. A once kn a lifetime kinda game.

I still yearn for this… I need to play Planetside 2 again.

Aircraft maneuvers are still one the coolest feeling I've had in a video game.

Its so funny that aside from shooting galaxies with small arm, kicking people, and clinging to ally fighter everything else can technically happen

Planetside 2 was a great game, shame Sony sold it off. Sure it's still going but Daybreak just don't have the capital to maintain it and it's now just a hollow, cheater-ridden shell of it's former self.
