Fun fact, currently, nearly 5 years after the show’s series finale the 8th and 9th Seasons of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic have never been released on physical media. To my knowledge Hasbro has yet to be questioned about this.

Hasbro lost the rights to gen 4 with the discovery family deal its why gen 5 is stuck in town and dose not look into to the past at all and only show small cameos of the old main 6 also the comics do not have this rule and are great
