I lost a ton of weight and was really invested in his efforts to get healthy. Hit me hard when he passed, as someone who struggled with weight, as a Giants fan, and as a father. Gone far too soon...

As also a Gator fan, was so happy when he joined my GIANTS after watching his Kentucky career….he was one of a kind don’t think a story like his will ever hapen again. Love to his family.

Still have his signed jersey when he played with the Giants in my man cave. Loved it so much got a second jersey just so I could wear it and keep the signed one up.

He was crazy athletic for his size

As a native Kentuckian and UK fan as well as a lifelong @Giants fan, Jared Lorenzen will always be one of my favorite athletes. Dude was a freak athlete for a guy his size playing QB.
