Remember when they eliminated it and that STUPID song played the first year for TD celebrations? I felt like they neutered Arrowhead in the name of family friendly. Getting rid of that was lame AF.

I actually don’t think it’s a bad song. It just doesn’t fit well for a touchdown song. They incorporated the “we’re gonna beat the hell outta you, you, you-you-you” and it failed.

We still do this is Section 335 by the drum deck! Ask @KChiver ! Here is my Step Son leading the Chant! Usually I join another couple of guys and we have the whole section doing it!

Me too! That was an awesome chant!

@Heathwilson2 Can you imagine if they just brought it back... place would go nuts

This was an incredible tradition. I miss it. Started in the early 90s. Gary Glitter (songwriter for Rock & Roll, Part 2) is in jail for sex offenses. The NFL & Chiefs wanted to distance themselves from him. Ironically he doesn’t own the rights to the song.

I also miss Warpaint! That was awesome when he came on the field.

I worked at Benjamin Stables back in the 80s, and one of our VIP guests was Warpaint, with his own private teepee stall.

I agree. Wish we could petition and bring that back!! Miss that and TD Pack Band..

This made Arrowhead so alive.
