i missed my first shot in the second string but the second shot, first hit, was still faster than most people can clear and draw and get a round on target. practice and dry fire works guys. get out and train.

Someone asked about from concealment. So here it is. I can clear my garment, draw, and get rounds on target in 1.5 seconds. When I knock the rust off it’s sub one second. 🙂

My first time throwing axes. 🪓🥷🏻 I obvious need to get better and practice my technic, but not bad so far for first. I hit the blue dot on the target many times, and that is more score points than the red one. Not kidding but my best scores are the ones I didn't record 🥲.

It looks like the shot came from the direction of the suspect, upwards. Theories: 1) An agent fumbles his gun and it falls there, hence they all scream “GUN!” They mean a second gun. The shot is unaided, just random. 2) An agent shot upwards? Seems unlikely. Why would others scream “gun” and run after seeing an agent with a gun? 3) The guy took away the gun? But he was on his elbows literally a second before the shot was fired.

This man was approached outside a convenience store by two robbers — one with a knife, one with a gun. Two on one. At night. At a gas station. That is one of the worst places to get caught slipping. But he was armed, he was aware enough to respond, and he fought back. That’s the win. But the lesson is bigger than one robbery. A headshot does not always mean instant lights out. A handgun does not hit like the movies. And when your life is on the line, betting everything on one perfect shot can get you killed. Train for reality. Not internet comments. Not movie logic. Not “just aim for the head” nonsense. Because the threat may keep moving. There may be a second attacker. And the fight may not be over when the first round goes off. UFO / UAP over my neighborhood…just got this 3 second clip…by the time I got my phone out to record it was going over the building…I sprinted around the little building (maybe 10 seconds) to get a clear shot of it - and it was completely gone.
