This is absolute discrimination, does it mean private sponsored interns will not be posted by the Ministry and if so, still, will they be posted in separate hospitals different from the govt sponsored ones? What is the dept of policy at MoH doing really not to guide?

Is it between interns from government universities v private universities, or interns who were on government sponsorship v private sponsorship even though some are on public Universities because if you look clearly these are different scenarios.
