I was fortunate enough to grow up with a Kimchi neighbor and myself and her two boys would spend the whole summer eating out of the massive jar of actively fermenting kimchi on the back porch….those were the days

I used to make my own. I got lazy when I moved somewhere close to a Korean grocery store. Since I moved again and don't have a Korean grocer anymore I may have to start making my own again.
