Your local welding shop with a plasma table could make something like that for you fairly easily. Depending on materials it shouldn’t be too bad either

I'd probably have beveled the front of the hanger bars (and maybe then I can save money by using mild steel instead of AR500), and not really a fan of the rebar legs, but this is cool.
