For the new moms out there…This is NOT a mom hack. Bathe your damn child.

also:

Welp

Oh. This is nothing. Some mayo folks consider pool swimming a form of showering because it has chlorine. Yes.

Poor kid :-(

That shyt burning aint it? 💀

That poor baby smell like a poodle.

This is why i keep saying that new lume whole body deodorant is made for people who have “bath days”

And they filmed it….

There's only one word for this👇

Once a week? Maybe my family wasn't the norm, but we bathed every day and if we smelled either parent would tell us we stank and needed to bathe and put clean clothes on

So basically, their kids aren’t washing their as*es

They have to be punking us. I refuse to believe they aren't bathing, especially bathing their kids who play in dirt cause that's what kids do. But they are really providing more evidence for my justification to stay in my house.

From the same people who brought us too many baths, dry out the skin, now comes... use

"And you just don't feel like giving them a bath?" Honey, I've been in the throws of a nasty stomach virus and still got up and mothered that day. Completely unacceptable.

I just can't with these people 😑

I...

My wife is a swim instructor and she used to tell me stories about *people* getting into the pool without bathing. How in certain pools there would be a film of oil and dirt on top, and I've hated public pools ever since 🫠

Freaking white as snow here, grew up in a southern leaning family from TN and TX and NO, absolutely NO! Daily or every other day bathing (depending on activity level and skin sensitivity) - hot summer sometimes more than once. This is disgusting.

A nightly bath is a lovely ritual for kids, especially after hot days, and no, it won’t dry out their skin. Baby Magic or any baby lotion. I feel sorry for her children. Poor grubby little kids, all smelly with a rind of sweat, dirt, and hand sanitizer.

I also want to add that here in the South with high humidity, you are doing good if you only take two baths or showers a day. You can literally step outside in the morning after your shower, and be drenched with sweat within 15 minutes. You need a bath before you go to bed.

As a fellow parchment Im going to assume this is just a joke right? Because I’ve got nothing else

My guy will be 16 next Tuesday & he won’t leave the house without taking a bath, who are these dirty penny smelling ppl. 😐

I'm not this brand of white people. I don't claim it.

Weekly and pool baths is why they start cracking at age 24. Meanwhile we use a washcloth, and immediately moisturize; even on our legs.

No to the sanitizer. However, bathing two or three times a week is fine for young children (including babies and toddlers). Daily bathing can wash away the skin's natural protective oils & natural bacteria, that help to keep us healthy and safe.

First off I’m sure this is really bad for the child’s skin.. they warn people not to over do it with hand sanitizer in the first place let alone use it as a substitute for actual water and soap. I’m mad 😭😭

Did she say WEEKLY bath?! My daughter gets a daily bath and even then I’m like 🥴 WEEKLY?? With how much kids play outside and roll in dirt?

Well we now know who the smelly kid is in her class. I implore you parents...don't let your child be the smelly kid in their class.

Ok, so we took showers/baths after playing in the pool, sprinklers, ocean, rain. Are y’all saying the latter equals bathing? Myyyyy ancestry are doing 360’s in the afterlife. And especially after coming in from the outside, you have to bath.

That’s a terrible “hack” and I’m the color of chalk. It’s basically alcohol which is rough on the skin.

I guess I am a parchment paper people but rest assured I never handed my kids hand sanitizer in lieu of a bath gross and how dried out is that kid's skin gonna be!!!

I've always been struck how many contemporary accounts of people meeting Europeans for the first time so very often notes how dirty and smelly they were.

I need y’all to start calling CPS because this is literally child neglect
