A few years ago I helped a friend build a sentry gun for use in paintball. It worked pretty good. I advised my friend to use servomotors instead of stepper motors because they're a lot faster. It had vision detection and motion detection. After it was done and after watching it work, I have from then until now always wondered "what if I just put a real gun on this?" I never did but I always wondered. Now I don't have to. You know what would be perfect for a sentry gun? An AA-12. Imagine a full auto 12 ga?
