Junior Caminero on a potential contract extension: “I feel this is my city, Tampa, I love Tampa, but this is not my decision. I control what I control, just go play, have fun. This decision, talk to my agent and the new owners, just me control what I control and have fun and play.”

PSA on the eccentric (the lowering portion of the lift): - 95% of growth comes from the concentric - The eccentric exists so you don't drop the weight on your face - The eccentric exists so you don't get injured - The eccentric does not exist to "maximise time under tension" - The eccentric does not need to be slowed for "extra stimulus" Lower the weight under control. Push hard on the way up. That's the whole protocol. Anything else is theatre.

For optimal muscle growth... - Control the eccentric - Explode on the concentric (under control) Very important to get these right -- do NOT mix these up.

Many of you said my trainer was doing it right… and I wasn't. 😭 So today I tried his form for the first time. 50kg dumbbells. 💪 And honestly… it felt WAY too easy. Am I finally too strong for this exercise or what? 👀 Who did it better, me or my trainer?
