I think he means "a friend like Peter". Because Frank DOES have friends like Matt, Curtis, Karen, Micro, Amy, and even Madani, but they are different than Peter. Peter is more positive and SO self-sacrificing, and while many of Frank's friends are self-sacrificing they are not NEARLY as positive as Peter is about it. This positivity is a good influence to have in your life.
