Yes, indeed, this is lawlessness by any standard. Even by banana republic standards, this is still lawlessness. Your country has a constitution, it has a government, it has a police service, and it has a ruling party. I am sure you can see that some of the people there are actually wearing ruling party T-shirts. It is lawless regardless of whoever does it. It is an embarrassment to South Africa as a country, what you are doing and what you are encouraging people to do. Your country has an immigration service. If people are in your country illegally, they should be arrested and deported through lawful processes. You do not go around destroying property, tearing down markets, and attacking people. It is illegal regardless of whoever does it. It is not illegal because I have said so. It is illegal because the laws of your country make it so. This is vigilantism, pure and simple, and it is tainting the reputation of South Africa, not only across Africa but across the world. If you have got satellite television in your home, you can see that these actions are being reported everywhere. It is not good for your country. Sometimes people either don't understand, or fear standing and get tangled up in what the court is doing or saying. Keep in mind, they're always trying to get you into jurisdiction! Signing a traffic citation is getting you into jurisdiction! Answering a summons is getting you into jurisdiction. Making an appearance in an administrative agency fake court is getting you into jurisdiction. While you can unwind the contract as it lacked full disclosure of the terms which makes it fraud, it's best to not sign the contract in the first place and make getting into jurisdiction foggy. Make it 100% clear. Tell the court you have no contract that compels me to perform - no jurisdiction. What the FBI claims is a "sovereign citizen" is due to people not knowing they are in the contract. Of course you can't make a claim that a statute doesn't apply to you in contract. How such grace and kindness exists is beyond me. Would you share what little coffee you have with a stranger? Be able to laugh at how common dishes are an unaffordable luxury? Or be so kind in your words when really we’re not able to provide for most people’s needs because so little aid is getting in. Its deeply painful that people – rightfully – feel so abandoned that just knowing we’re there provides a level of comfort even when we’re not able to actually give that much. I often wonder how I would react if I were in the same situation. Would I be able to hold on to my moral compass? (The last part, about children is because earlier she had asked if I was married and if I had kids. No and no and always a source of amusement.) I haven’t just witnessed this in Gaza, I have in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere … its extraordinary how people who have the least are willing give the most. The House passed HJR1089 at 12:03am on Thursday this week. If it passes the Senate, this will go to a vote of the people to approve an Oklahoma state Constitutional Convention. We’re supposed to have these every 20 years but the last time it was even voted on whether to have it or not was in 1970. 🗳️📜 I voted No, along with only a few other Republicans, because the framework being designed for this convention would only allow for the 149 state House and Senate members (a/k/a politicians) to be the official delegates to the convention. If you agree our political system is broken, and that the majority of the legislature are simply rubber-stamp approvals for leadership that do NOT have your best interests at heart; then this should deeply concern you. If our state constitution has the ability to change, even a little, through this process; I assure you the people of Oklahoma will get the short end of the stick if they get anything at all. When I asked why this couldn’t also include members of the public and not just legislators, I was met with an answer that in part said “we’re elected officials, not just random people someone picked." 🧐

I doubt it. And there’s two parts to that. One is actually testing yourself against the world to see if you get what you want. And the other is wanting the right things in the first place.
