Following numerous public complaints about phone snatching and theft, the Uganda Police Force, through officers from Kampala Central Police Station (CPS), conducted an operation at Cooper Complex Building in Kampala in July 2026. During the operation, officers recovered more than 700 suspected stolen electronic devices, including iPhones and other mobile phones.

We request you do your job, to stop this before it's too late. And if it means to using lethal force to eliminate this nonsense from the country, please do so. Look at these perpetrators, they're young kids but highly dangerous. And whoever walking alone at night, be very careful.
