This woman grabbed a case of Tito’s vodka, tossed it into the Uber waiting for her, and expected the driver to help her get away. Instead, the Uber driver refused to drive, got out, opened the door, and let the delivery truck driver recover the stolen vodka. Not everyone is willing to become part of someone else’s crime. Credit to that Uber driver for refusing to help.

She had at least two children that required a car seat but only had one, and no boosters at all. The Uber driver fearing for their safety, declined her service while she rebutted that she does this all the time with Uber and that it’s fine. Was the woman being unreasonable even though she claims they aren’t going far or was the Uber driver being difficult and should have taken them anyways?

She ordered food and a coffee through Uber. When the driver arrived, security cameras captured him cleaning a spill from the coffee lid by licking it. He then blew his nose into a napkin and used that same napkin to wipe the lid, just seconds before handing it to her. Security stopped her from drinking it before it was too late. I have video of the incident and photos of the driver. I thought it was important for people to be aware that their food may not always be safe, especially when it isn’t in a sealed bag. I feel terrible for some of these Uber drivers. This is why you can't get an Uber in hood. You get people that act like this and put this Uber driver though all this stress and drama. Credit to this Uber driver for not backing down. No surprise that immediately the threat of harm or car jacking comes into play. But the Uber driver was sharp enough to remind him that all of his personal information has already been shared with Uber when he opened his account. Getting that info to the police would be a snap. Sure mad the thug think twice about doing anything.

After finding me, he asked me for my destination, then cancelled the ride instead of taking me. I then have to call a driver on a competitor Rapido and they accept the ride. The Uber driver then comes and tries to sabotage my ride with my new driver. I ended up paying my driver double the fare. What's the deal?

The driver refuses and tells the women that if they had wanted A/C then they should have paid for an Uber comfort. The women continue to argue with the driver telling him all cars have an A/C and they are simply asking for him to turn it on. He still refuses and said that he does not use the A/C on regular standard fares because it burns his gas faster. *side note: This is NOT Uber’s policy, just the man being cheap. According to Uber, A/C is required on every ride. Would you ask to get out of the car immediately or would you complete your ride? Would you contact Uber to report this driver or just give him a bad rating?
