I picked up a rat today. 😩 We could put a dent in our rodent problem if we deployed a new strategy for our public trash and recycling cans. What we have now looks aesthetically pleasing, but they lack the functionality we need to stop rodents and illegal dumping.

We need development desperately and quickly to bring the supply up and costs down across the board. Right now it takes 4 years to get a permit. I built LaGuardia airport in 4 years. My plan is to build 50,000 units a year because we can, and we will.
