I've worked in the construction industry in the field and as a project manager and it's never been this bad.

The amount of videos I see on new construction and how bad it is is staggering

The incompetency is dangerous. We are in the midst of a DEI and Managerial crisis in the West on top of hiring cheap foreign labor.

Imagine what the infrastructure in the west will look like in 10 years if this continues

I’d pay double just to have actual skilled tradesmen build my house
