I printed new sheets for every athlete this week

I don't print sheet, however I do use @rackcoach and have multiple tv's in the weight room and I still get asked these same questions or I will have a kid doing some exercise that isn't even in the workout- excuse "I looked over and saw him doing it"

Had same issue starting at my job 🤣 spent a few months explaining everything on the whiteboard now they look for themselves! A lot of them told me they didn’t know what the exercises or verbiage were. Now are confident in checking without needing coach 👍🏻

Oh man does this sound oh so familiar. They would ask for sheets and then ask these questions and never fill out the sheets. Insane. Madness.
