I propose that Joe Rogan host the experts - such as the Middle Eastern Studies department professors from Columbia University. Surely Douglas would applaud this!

I'm actually sick of hearing the term expert. It's nonsense. All it means is "Institutionally approved Narrative Generator." Could we go back to apprentice/novice/journeyman/master? And it represents skill and time served.

Great reply. The critical thinking world is done with "experts" . It's fascinating to see how much this has blown up.

I actually would like to hear the mental gymnastics Douglas would inevitably come up with to discredit the expertise of these professors from Columbia. "They stayed quiet during the Hamas protests, therefore its shameful to label them as experts" maybe something like that.
