I pulled this yesterday after taking a redeye, getting no sleep at all, and coaching a 2 hour class. Almost exactly 6 weeks after a total hip replacement. If I lived my life like this, I would never train.

GOT CLEARED TO TRAIN HARD YESTERDAY - 6 weeks post total hip replacement. Started with bodyweight and worked up to 100 - I feel 25 again! The first rep I believe I had a seizure at the top, but my nervous system was probably like “WTF!?” I haven’t done these in over a year due to my hip issues and they are my favorite lift. I will be posting other movements from this workout, but I am so excited to have this new lease on movement - and movement is LIFE! Yeah buddy!

I came to the Streamer University IRL applications in LA for not just an opportunity but to have fun and i feel like a part of me was stripped and broken yesterday, i waited a total of 3 days for this moment just to be locked in a room for 5 hours like a prisoner/cage animal after the first round of applications, i saved up all my energy after fighting my way first in line all on stream btw, i was so tired legs hurting so sleep deprived and at the end it was for nothing. this whole IRL applications could’ve been structured a better way, i felt nonhuman after yesterday and i was treated like a nobody when all i do is work my hardest give energy into everything i do, felt like i let my whole chat down cause they were watching the whole time 110+ people, see this do better Kai Cenat

A day after admission, on the 29th March, I bravely faced my first surgery, which was the separation to prepare for main surgery. And now it’s pushed again—to 18th April. Still, no approval. No surgery. I’m still here, in this hospital bed. Day and night. Patient and hopeful. But that is another bill on top of another, daily. With metal rods pulling at my leg. And a hip crying out for relief. It’s a heart tired of waiting.
