I’ve been caffeine free for a year now . Went to Rome and when I got back all the coffee in the US was awful so I just quit

150 isn’t anything! I’m 400+ daily. I’m addicted. I have two Celsius drinks per day but they also come with a lot of vitamins and other good things that idk if I want to give up
