Entire CEO Thomas Dohmke on how his Codex agent ran for 42 hours over the weekend building the wrong thing entirely: "Over the weekend I had Codex write for 42 hours straight, working on something that I thought was a great plan." "On Monday it actually disconnected because my router restarted. I was like, where are we? And it's like, oh, I'm building this harness. And I'm like, wait a second, what harness are you building? My prompt said build a skill, not a harness." "For 42 hours the agent ran long and made me feel good while I was enjoying summer in Seattle. In reality it built something completely different than what my intent was." Entire

Three hours after the Harvard Antisemitism Task Force Report was published, I was set to give a talk in St. Louis. I did not want to post this as I'm obviously embarrassed, but people need to hear what students have gone through. Im just completely gutted at this point.

Now ready for deployment: Cursor Delegate any Linear issue to Cursor, and a background agent will get to work. Once the task is complete, the Cursor agent will update the issue automatically with a PR.

Q: Have you felt better in the car this weekend? "Yes! Definitely. I think this weekend was a lot stronger than the last few, which is good obviously. There's still room to improve for sure but no I think this weekend was a much better step in the right direction so I'm happy about that!"

NEW: A man ran nonstop on a treadmill for 24 straight hours and covered 133 miles to honor the 70 lives lost to suicide in Charleston County last year. The runner, Edwin Martin, called it Project 24:70. “For all the miles I was running, I was thinking about you guys. For the ones carrying weight they don’t talk about, this one was for you.” “Keep fighting.” This is extremely powerful. video: ironsned on IG.

I took Grok 4 for a spin this weekend to build this game prototype. I used SuperGrok Chat to generate the initial game prototype and then brought it over to Cursor to continue coding with Grok 4 MAX. Grok 4 in Cursor is like a no-nonsense agent. Doesn't speak much, but delivers the goods. There were moments where I was rate-limited or stuck on a bug or two that I had to get other models to help, but otherwise it's a fast, reliable model to work with. This makes me incredibly excited for Grok Code to launch in August!

I put this video into my claude and ask Fable to build me this tool. Single prompt, 25 minutes, and the tool was ready to use. 🤯 I still have no idea how to actually use it, but I'll start from now. Thanks Danny for sharing this. I built this for myself to use internally.

Copilot versus Cursor: (This is so embarrassing for Copilot) I opened the same project in Visual Studio Code and Cursor. I asked both agents to complete the same task: • Cursor: 34 seconds • Visual Studio Code: 122 seconds (4x slower!) At this point, Copilot is so behind Cursor that it's sad to even remember they were once ahead.

"I just had a weekend in Indianapolis for the first time in years and it was great.. There was a big setback for the city since the last time I was there though.. Steak 'n Shake isn't open 24 hours anymore" 😂😂 Brian Windhorst

So, everyone was surprised and asking how I completed the entire Trails story in just 3-4 hours for my final playthrough, so I thought I would show you. Obviously, this is sped up due to Twitter's length restriction, but this shows how fast you progress Just doing story missions

🍀 This is a bit of a spoiler, but for this comeback, I want to build up my body to the level I did back when I was working out hard at the gym

I used the new Cursor agent + CopyCoder to build a Calendly frontend clone in 20mins Cursor agent now: - runs terminal commands - picks it's own context - executes more jobs with one prompt Crazy where this is going

thanks to edwin kindly giving me access I was able to try this out: literally just dropped the below tweet into Cursor cloud, expecting this to not work because its a pretty hard task. CURSOR AGENT JUST ONESHOTTED reconstructing Rachel's website FROM JUST A VIDEO (!!!) working autonomously for 43 minutes. i'm sure theres a lot of design details that it missed. but god damn this is a fantastic starting point for just dropping in a tweet without any further instruction the below video on the right is THE ONESHOTTED CLONE not her real site. they even did the RachelLLM sidebar and demoed that it works...
