Personally love the pendlay row. Definitely going to try it with a bumper plate underneath next time for that added negative tension.

Milo Wolf gave an interesting justification for the t bar row from a lengthened partial pov and now seeing these Meadows (RIP) row for the first time has me wanting to try them.

Curious as to why the tension (and stability) is ranked so high in your system? Is that because you want to ensure an active eccentric phase? I’m just sad Pendlay Rows were rated as a B 😂
