I really thought I'd try this once and hate it, but somehow even though it looks exactly like Overwatch Marvel Rivals is way more fun than Overwatch. TTK is low enough that I feel I can really have an individual impact at all points of the game, even when... ulti is down. Loving it.show more

I didn't sign anything lol. I'm not in that program. A friend gave me a code. The leaked contract also says you can't compare it to Overwatch which I'd be in breach of with this post had I signed anything 🙃

aside from the fact it’s a hero shooter, how does this look anything like overwatch?

The levels, certain character design choices, the objectives of the levels being either capture the point or push the cart or both. There are a lot of undeniable similarities that maybe you'd see easier were it in first person.

I'm glad you like it more. I assume a lot of people would've gone with the mindset of hating it since its close to Overwatch. I'm excited to try this game out. Hopefully some other version of game is made playable like an open beta of some sorts later on
