In my view, it’s a long term ambition of the Tories to wean folk off the idea that NI fund is there to support NHS spending. Once that perceived link is broken, it opens the door for American style healthcare (significant Tory donors support this journey!)

He says he was never in the room with Epstein again after the first time he met him, yet he then admitted he was in the room with Epstein. I had to ask him whether he and I were in the same room just now because I couldn’t understand his meaning of “in the same room.” He said he never met with Epstein again socially, yet he admits that was a social visit to his island. Lord Falconer says that constitution would have to be changed if Assisted Suicide was provided in hospitals. Yes, you heard that right. This madman wants the NHS to state that they are no longer obliged to treat and care, and that they also have the option to kill. Which- I’m sorry to say- is far cheaper and cuts waiting lists…. Keir Starmer, "The BMA voting for strike action is irresponsible" Surely it is irresponsible to under the NHS to the point that we have had almost 1,000,000 patients treated in corridors this year? Keir Starmer and Wes Streeting have underfunded key parts of the NHS, if it was funded properly, we wouldn't have hospitals overwhelmed with flu right now Also, other doctors will be covering BMA doctor shifts, as is always the case in a strike - so surely it is irresponsible for Starmer to say they're being irresponsible, when they're striking to improve patient care? Beware of any politician that pits you against doctors, one of them will look after you no matter what, the other will drop you whenever political winds change
