I was recently at the Museum of the Bible and got a first hand look at P39, a late 2nd or early 3rd century copy of John’s Gospel. In particular this manuscript preserves for us the earliest surviving section of John 8. Giving us a glimpse how this passage from John read 1800/1900 years ago. If you’re curious how it reads and compares I’d encourage you to open up to your modern English translation to John 8:14-21. Having had the privilege to stand in front of and read its text, P39 reads virtually identical to what you would find in a modern translation .

Oxy said her name need to be “Give Up” not “Gloss Up” lmaoo Jumping Shay & Oxy is weird but I don’t feel bad for Oxy cause you just jumped Erica for something that had nothing to do with you , with the same girls that just jumped you this episode 🤦🏾‍♂️ Idk why Oxy and shay was mad at Bahati but said nothing to Jaidyn who DISAPPEARED when they was getting jumped lmaoo . Today is especially important for the Church of Antioch, because Saints Peter and Paul are the founders of the Antiochian Church. On their feast day, listen to the Greek hymn rising from Damascus, chanted in the presence of His Beatitude John X, Patriarch of Antioch, and also in Arabic. This is not only a hymn. It is memory, continuity, and survival.

"Bogurodzica" (Mother of God), widely regarded as the first anthem of Poland, is a medieval Marian hymn originating in the 13th century. It is one of the earliest known texts in the Polish language and the oldest preserved Polish religious song with musical notation. The renowned Polish chronicler and historiographer Jan Długosz (1415-1480) referred to the hymn as "carmen patrium" (the hymn of the fatherland). The hymn was sung during the coronations of the first Jagiellonian kings and famously served as a battle hymn and rallying cry for Polish knights before the victorious Battle of Grunwald in 1410. To this day, the hymn is still sung in Poland during solemn ceremonies at the Gniezno Cathedral and at the Jasna Góra Monastery. It also remains a powerful highlight of national patriotic commemorations and historical reenactments.
