@gecffmn I coach youth baseball, my son got nailed right in the middle of the back a week ago. Tough kid and it broke him down, hard hit... The pitcher, from another town so we did not know him, walked up and put his arm around my son and they walked together all the way to first base.

@gecffmn I had this happen in a game I was coaching. The pitcher was my best pitcher. He never wanted to pitch the rest of the season.

@gecffmn Little league has turned kids into wimps. If you want your kid to become a hard nosed good player have him play in Cal Ripken baseball.
