This is the case everywhere, at every Road and churaha you see illegal structure being erected in the name of Mandir or Mazaar. I too have witnessed half dozen mandir come up like this.

Same happened in many places in last 25 years. Take a trip of Najafgarh Road from Moti Nagar to Uttam Nagar and you will find at least 8 such places. At Subhash Nagar chowk, you will find one below the traffic lights and 2 on the opposite side footpath.

Same is true about dargahs. There would be a green flag and tiger picture painted on wall. Soon there would be similar structure. Local authorities are to be blamed for turning blind eye in the beginning itself.

I planted this tree for my friend 20 years ago….Look at it NOW. My friend in Pokhara saved up enough money to buy some land 22 years ago. I helped him design the place, and when it was finished ….I planted a tree as a blessing. (which I do a lot, my whole life). Now…..that tree is big. That’s how it’s done, simple action. “A small deed is better than a great thought.”
