I was driving home a few days ago and randomly started thinking about Marc and wondering what he was up to. I hadn’t seen him in almost 10 years. He was one of the first pros I ever traveled with because we were both sponsored by Matix. When you’re young, you remember the pros who were genuinely nice to you. Marc was always the coolest. As a kid, I was in the Boy Scouts for 6 years. My dad was the troop master and I remember the other boys and the parents always being weird with me because of how "gay" or “effeminate" I was. My parents always stood beside me and protected me when it came to who I was or my self expression. I credit them with the confidence that I have today and l am so lucky and appreciative to them.
