I can understand people not liking the choppiness but even without knowing the directorial justification for it I thought it made it feel more special. It gave it an otherworldly, outside of time feel. You can just sense this moment feels eternal to the characters.

They cant just show us the good timeline and then say Nah fuck you people. Sike. No happy for yall
