Here is a drill to help you learn what it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.

I have been off and on happy crying by catching up on all the birthday wishes. 🥹 I've had some super heavy days lately and this really cheered me up. I watched Robot on the Road and honestly I did not really know what to expect going in At the beginning it just feels like a pretty normal little road trip setup with this robot hitchhiking around Japan and it almost gives off a chill slice of life vibe But it does not stay like that for long The more it goes on the more you realize the robot is doing some really questionable stuff and the way it focuses on women without their consent makes the whole thing feel really uncomfortable By the end I was not really sure if I was supposed to find it funny or just feel weird about it Overall it feels like one of those shorts that tries to mix dark humor with awkward situations but it mostly just ends up being unsettling

I really want to talk to you about self-confidence with this short video as well as the importance we give to the way people look at us. It may seem silly, but do you see this very simple example that you've never seen me talk to you in a story? Why? Because I have this deep feeling that if I start talking to you, you will abandon me because the myth that is built, even involuntarily, will be destroyed. I would love to talk to you, but it really scares me. The ironic thing is that for me, it's less frightening to show you a bit of skin than to address you with words. Sometimes we really do lose our minds...
