A Muslim woman screamed at a gay man: “Get out of here, we are Muslims and you disgust us.” This moment is not an exception. It is the rule when Islamic values meet Western liberal values head-on. The activist believed he was part of some grand alliance with Muslims against Israel. Instead, he was reminded that in Islam he is still considered disgusting and an enemy of Allah. The reason "Palestinians" are not calling out people sexualizing their "culture" is because they don't actually have a unique one. It is Arab culture with a huge sprinkle of victimization and the Jews. In fact, nobody is actually interested in "Palestinian culture" - they are interested in Jews.
