Yes. Everyone eligible to vote has a constitutional right. In Fulton County, if you are homeless - you use the county’s registrar office as your residential & mailing address. This allows homeless people to also collect benefits.

UPS Stores provide PMBs (Private Mailboxes), not PO Boxes. You can use a PMB for registering to vote. Many people use them as their primary mailboxes for various reasons. You guys look retarded making these videos.

When I lived on a boat, in a marina, I was not allowed to have my mail sent to the marina address (their policy) and had to get a mail box like this UPS store rents. I was able to get a drivers license no problem and even filed IRS taxes using that address, bank, no problem etc. Oregon tried to prevent me from registering to vote (as a republican) by telling me I could not use that mailing address. I called the election office and told them the situation, they had zero sympathy. I called back, got someone else, and told them I was homeless and wanted to register as democrat. They accepted the registration without question and set the PO box address as my home. I later switched the registration to republican. Don't tell me there isn't voter suppression (on the left) and there isn't cheating. I moved away from Oregon, still have that PO Box for business purposes, and I STILL get a ballot, even though they know I moved more than 10 years ago.

The rule on registration to vote is the address where you physically reside. Not where you get your mail. So you can't vote to raise taxes or elect representatives on someone else who lives in a different precinct.

But no one enforces the law. People use the UPS store as an address because it keeps their home address private, and UPS will receive all of their mail for them. They just rent out a mailbox.

This is a gap in the law. UPS mailboxes are not PO Boxes. A PO Box exists at a USPS post office. This is considered a private mailbox. Doesn’t make it anymore right, just explaining the difference.

UPS Store mailboxes are not PO boxes. With a UPS mailbox, you are given a mailing address with your name attached to it. In Georgia, you can register to vote with both a mailing and a residential address (if they are different).

When I renewed my DL in FL and registered to vote in a different county, I had to show my lease, utility bill, cable bill, passport. I could not use my UPS STORE AS A secondary MAILING ADDRESS where I get my mail.
