Pls push this idea:Map out your country into 100-home sectors; create a website for each sector with forums to discuss issues like crime, schooling, emergency preparedness. Include a system of communication with other sectors. This is the beginning of an overlapping government.

Excellent Ivor. I would add one more factor. The reason that each of these vectors weaken society is because each one weakens the individual, the basis of all societies. Strengthen individuals in order to strengthen society against all weakening processes.
