starting to walk again! had 10 hours of sleep, and all of yesterday i kept learning about why that happened to my calf and i know the answer, just went down the rabbit hole a bit more overuse, fatigue, not enough focus on recovery so relearned everything about the different parts of the foot and doing more feet stuff (look it up, it’s great!) thankful for this reminder since it’s physical it’s a good representation of what can happen internally as well if we just go go go, full stop looking like a speedy recovery, but won’t rush it

Yesterday, May 19, I arrived for a visit with Marwan Barghouti — a meeting that had been scheduled more than a month ago.
