The state has already said he was within his rights and are not charging him. The parents are just trying to get a payday out of it.

Where were the parents, why were these kids out at 4 AM. Who's gun was it? These kids are dead because of LACK of parenting. If the homeowner hadn't protected himself he would have been the victim. The responsibility lies with the parents
