It’s a lot easier to practice full speed and slow it down in a game if you need to. What we can’t do is practice half speed and except to go game speed come game time. Practice how you want to play.

if you struggle with getting your lethals just put it on normal risk and rhythm shoot for this then you can go back. don't even need to practice you can hit every single jumpshot

I’ve been fasting for the last year and this just hit me 🤷🏾‍♂️ If you travel like I do. You should consider trying to fast. Don’t get discouraged if you can’t stick to it right away. I failed for 2yrs prior to being able to do it. But once I locked in. I can do it anytime I want. You can too 💪🏾
