The second version's pretty solid!! But have you tried making it so that the body tilts backward as the legs stretch out? I think that'd complete it for sure

What was so fun about the first animation of this I saw was the wildly exaggerated physics with the head bobbing and flopping from the momentum of the bird stopping or starting. Unfortunately, this has none of that magic. It doesn't look fun to walk around with like the other one did.
