The weightloss journey hasn’t been easy and there have been days when it felt like I could just give up but I remind myself why I started and why I’m doing it and then I keep going. I was feeling like there isn’t much visual difference compared to everyone else I’ve been seeing including people who lost even less than 25kg but then I saw that old video of me and I had to just compare. Our journeys and bodies are different and I do need to give myself grace. I can’t wait to hit my goal weight and body❤️
