Maybe the devs put that as a skin in the files and never used it due to Shueisha pulling out of the idea or rejecting it and spike chunsoft accidently left it in one of the in person demo's

Ok so there a couple of possibilities 1. Different countries have had the game released early so possibly he had time to mod the game. 2. It was edited 3. He made the same shaders same model same physics. Just so he can do this. 4. He's a dev that did this as a joke.

It was definitely edited, but it also could've been a mod, but that's really crazy even if they got it early. That meant they were very experienced with this type of stuff and worked really fast lol
