Honestly, that's one of the reasons why I quit post-Endgame. There is only ONE 616, and that's the main comic universe that started all of Marvel way back in the day. Only Miguel got it right in Spider-Verse (Earth-199999)

I think that is just what Earth-838 had the audacity to do and decided to call Earth-199999. It's still Earth-199999, but Earth-838 just decided to give them another name.
