First, the Israeli government imposed a blockade on food and aid in Gaza. Then, they offered to provide the aid themselves, before opening fire on the Gazans who were desperately in need of it. This appalling tactic is reminiscent of the Trojan horse.

The use of a food blockade by Israel to inflict starvation on the Palestinian civilian population of Gaza is a war crime, whether the target is an adversary or civilian population.

The definition of war crime is clear: any government, corporation or individual that imposes or facilitates restrictions on the access to food, or that intentionally contributes to the starvation of the civilian population, is guilty of a war crime.

The holy grail of insight needed to rehabilitate the human race! Leading psychiatrist says “this is the most important interview of all time, it solves the human condition, ends suffering & turmoil at its source & finally makes sense of our lives!”

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has jurisdiction over crimes committed in or from the territory of the State of Palestine, which is now an ICC member. This jurisdiction commenced on 13 June 2014, the date designated by Palestine in a declaration accompanying its accession.
