A year and a day ago, I lost a very special friend. What started through Make-A-Wish became a friendship I’ll always treasure. Daily, I would get a video or text from her and her friends…She brought so much joy into my life, and I miss hearing from her. I have yet to break the habit of waiting for a video from her. They truly made me smile. When I learned she wasn’t doing well, I got on a plane to Minnesota to be with her. She passed while I was in the air. Her family showed me a kindness I’ll never forget by letting me say goodbye. They also gave me her favorite blanket and the journal she kept about our time together. I still haven’t been able to read it. One day, I will. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about her. She reminded everyone around her how much light one person can bring into their day and their lives, no matter how short their time here. Missing you always. ❤️

In her sick, twisted mind she truly believes that she is entitled to invade the privacy of American citizens if she has a some wild thought in her demented head that there may be something in their private data she would be able to exploit. "Well I don't know what I don't know." So, everyone must open up all their most personal information so that Karen Read can decide what's beneficial to her even though there is no legal valid reason to allow that type of invasion of privacy. we did it! 🥹 we celebrated my fav person in the whole world. neighbors, friends, family from all sides, gathered at my house to surprise my grandma for her 97th birthday. everyone got temporary rose tattoos cuz she said if she ever got one, that's what she would get. she got two lol, she's so cute. we threw a whole hog on the grill for her cuz if my grandad was still with us, that's exactly what we would have done. i love this woman so much. she raised me. she taught me how a woman takes care of her family and household and i'm forever ever grateful for that. my family is so so so grateful for her love, humor and wisdom. our matriarch. 🌹

I got my first born this little pink tundra power wheel 2 summers ago. She was hesitant at first but then learned how to drive it and it became her favorite toy. She rode it into the ground and the batteries were dying and motors burned up so I upgraded to a larger 24v power wheel. I waiting until she went to sleep and assembled it to surprise her the next morning. No birthday or holiday, just a random Wednesday “I love you present”. Her face lit up when she saw it. Made it all worth it. Now with her little sister in the mix, it’s been a ton of fun to watch them bond over power wheel road trips around the yard. I would have killed to have 2 power wheels before my 4th bday and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t living vicariously through my daughters.

I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. Since the moment she was born, she was treated like a sacrifice for a conflict she was never even part of and later we find out that this conflict never even existed. Her right to study was taken from her. She was pushed into a marriage at a very young age just imagine being six, seven, eight years old, living in fear of being tied to someone you don’t even know. She was treated like a servant in her own home, by the very people she thought were her family. And just when she gets close to the happiness she dreamed of, the man she was engaged to shows up with another wife. She gets mistreated by that wife, by his family, and even (unintentionally) by him, because he was trying to run away from his own feelings, and that only caused her more heartbreak. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. She lived her life, fell in love, went out, made choices and no one questioned her, no one controlled her. And then what did she do? She found out that her man was engaged to another woman before marrying her (and even saw him marry her) and instead of holding on to her dignity, she chose to stay, to fight for a man who lied to her, to hold onto a marriage he tried to end multiple times. She used her unborn child to keep him tied to her. She lied constantly, and her excuse was that she was “protecting her marriage” a marriage that was already broken from the moment Serhat removed that ring at the airport in episode one. She tried to hand Yıldız (a woman who had already suffered enough) over to dangerous people. Then she found out the truth about her own birth (that her father ra*ped her mother.)And still no empathy. No moment of humanity toward her own mother. All she cared about was herself. And even though none of this had anything to do with Yıldız, she still found a way to blame it on her. Instead of holding her father accountable, she went and made a deal with him to get rid of Yıldız. She literally made a deal with the devil just to hurt Yıldız one more time. And after all of that… you want me to feel sorry for her? You want me to call her a victim? I honestly cannot believe we are living on the same planet with people who see this and still say, “she’s the victim.” Not morally. Not logically. Not emotionally. Yk what I love the most about Charlotte? We all know she has a panic disorder right? But she always fights with it and she approaches her fans, talk and touch them, even when she was having crisis from it she tried her best😭she doesn’t lie when she says she doesn’t see fans just as fans. giselle thinking about changing her stage name to aeri is honestly something i’ve seen coming. for me, both names are beautiful and carry a part of who she is, but there’s something special about how she always seems to love being called by her real name. i grew up being taught that our name is something to be proud of, a piece of our identity we carry with us no matter where we go. but at the same time, i can’t help but admire her courage and how she’s growing into a stage name that also feels true to the person she’s becoming, like freedom and self-discovery? i think both names can coexist in her story, each one a reflection of the light she brings into the world ♡
