The reason I post these videos is to show that while there are a few priests who do not celebrate the Mass with the reverence it deserves, there are many more who do. We should not allow the actions of a few to create the false impression that the Novus Ordo Mass is inherently irreverent. My diocese is blessed with priests who celebrate the Holy Mass with profound reverence and deep love for the Eucharist. The same can be said of countless parishes across Nigeria and, indeed, throughout Africa.
