You can have multiple canon events right? They’ve already shown Uncle Ben dying, as well as the police chief

There are multiple canon events. This was his "uncle Ben" moment

WAIT, you figured it out, in beyond the spider verse, he ends up saving his dad and then Miguel realizes he made a mistake and that his uncles death was the real canon event ,so his dad would have died for no reason if miles hadn’t fought back! Save the post and come back, trust

But here is the thing Gwen lost Peter but her dad that was going to be commissioner step away from job. Miles lost his spiderman and Uncle Arron. I mean if he gets to his dad to step down and does what Gwen does telling him he is spiderman I think he will be safe

I wish Uncle Aaron didn’t die so soon, loved his character

I think the canon event for the spider-ppl is to lose a close family member but 95% of the time it's usually the Uncle

exactly I don't know why his father still has to die

And folks still said nah, your dad is the canon event…..How is he meant to become the Prowler? It’s why the betrayal was so bad, almost like they completely forgot this in the next movie. It’s why I legit think Miguel intended to lock him up forever…or end him..💀💯

I think Miguel might have been wrong since when miles tried to use the machine to go home, it took him to the universe where the spider that bit him came from instead, and his dad was already dead. This is just my opinion on it, not completely sure

A canon event isn't just a one and done bad thing. There's not a "his canon event". It's a "one of his canon events"

It's *one of* his canon eventS. Canon eventSSSSSSS. Are a collection of commonalities between Spider-people. They aren't a singular happenstance.

Never realized this. Miguel was talking shit about miles having to lose something but he already lost his uncle

This was his canon event. Or his “uncle ben”. Tho it’s possible there is two (a police chief is next). But then thing about that? These events can be changed. That has been proved. Miguel is just a hurt man, and made it everyone’s problem

Uncle Aaron’s death is the equivalent of the death of Uncle Ben. Next canon event is the death of a police captain, who also happens to be Miles’ father.

Because for THIS miles it is! It mirrors peter more in that he losses an uncle he loved dearly. Which is ironic because in the comics miles sucked because he was too much like peter but lost a dad not an uncle

Every spider-man has more than one canon events? Like for the original spider-man, it’s that his uncle Ben dies and so he learns about great power and responsibility, and in the comics then George Stacey (a police captain) dies

Woke. Não vive sem o universo do original. Uma espécie de parasita. Devia ser chamado de o Homem Ácaro

It literally explains it in the movie. There are multiple canon events. All a canon event is, is an event that MUST happen to Spider-Man. This is basically Miles' Uncle Ben. His dad dying is just another canon event to match Captain Stacy dying
