The idiot taking this video, just shows his ignorance by not understanding what the federal law is. A warrant is not needed. If they are an illegal criminal. They do not have the same rights as a US citizen.

Marino: I never received a $42k for a bonus however times are different, recruiting is tougher, retention is a challenge… if that’s something that it’s needed for, I would support it.
