Meredith O’Neil did not illegally recorded Aiden Kearney. Aide lied in his affidavit in order to obtain a ETRO against Meredith. The attached video shows that Aiden was recording Meredith in her apartment and he was aware that Meredith was recording him too after Meredith asked him to leave her apartment on several occasions. As this video evidence shows, Meredith left the seating room and went to her bedroom in order for Aiden Kearney to leave. But Aiden refused to leave. Another video evidence on the comment section shows that after Aiden left Meredith O’Neil’s apartment, he refused to leave her building. Aiden can be seen seating on the apartment general staircase creating nuisance by making further recordings. The noise Aiden generated prompted Meredith to once again asked him to leave her building so that she doesn’t get reported by her neighbours. Timothy J. Aiden finally said the quiet part out loud this am on his live "if he’s not gonna talk, I’m just gonna name him." That was not an accidental disclosure. It was a conscious decision to publicly identify Lucky because Lucky was not cooperating in the manner Aiden wanted. Aiden may say he interpreted Lucky’s silence as hiding information. But he did not actually know that. Lucky had already provided the information. What Lucky wanted was for his name to remain out of the story. So the choice presented to Lucky was effectively cooperate publicly, or be named and compared to someone hiding evidence in John O’Keefe’s death. Then, behind closed doors, Lucky was called “slow,” compared to Forrest Gump, and described as “too dumb” to protect his own interests. This is not about whether Aiden helped Karen’s defense. It is about whether a witness’s wishes and dignity mattered once his information became useful. Aiden has now admitted that he used Lucky’s identity as pressure. People can decide for themselves whether they believe that was justified, but they can no longer pretend it did not happen.
