@VictrixPro @TurtleBeach Oh noooo... Victrix is a curse for me. I've had to replace my Pro FS 3 times as plastic internals and their boards break like candy. After having my second Victrix break at a major, I had to move on from them sadly.

@VictrixPro @TurtleBeach Customer support was really helpful last time I contacted them. They gave me a new one within a week and I haven't had any issues since.
