@getnickwright Flopping fines were instituted during the 2012-2013 season, but were only enforced with some players. Other players, who were known floppers like CP3, never received fines. Then the fines quietly went away.

@getnickwright I could’ve sworn they were enforcing it already because of James harden and Trae young. Couple years back the said you couldn’t lean into defenders. It was enforced for like 2 weeks 💀
