I think I found a fairly consistent method to get this combo, even midscreen #SF6_Viper - After OD Seismo, input 2369+HK to get an instant SJC HK Burnkick. - Let the opponent fall a bit before inputting sHK. Then slowly input 412369+KK to get OD Burnkick to combo after sHK.
